Meet André Both Strategic and Practical

André Selander’s daily routine consists of many working meetings, both internal and external. Many of them are about solving practical tasks for customers, but topics can also include how the service and operations can be best developed further.

“At VENI Metering, we are constantly on a journey to deliver ever better services. This requires both strategic thinking and practical hands-on skills. I find this combination very stimulating,” says André.

He also highlights the value of a good social environment.

“We have many meetings at the company level, everything from Christmas and summer parties to workshops where we get time to build good relationships with each other beyond work. At VENI Metering, there is a high level of openness, and people here care about the person behind the job,” André concludes.
